Implement a software simulator training handhelds for meter reading agents. DOS using C + + Language.

Rewritten a under DOS Meter reading software that was implemented with C++ in Windows environment and VB. Dbf to the database structure and operation of the Apollo DB provider.

Fix some bugs in the ITRON Premier Plus software under DOS include the ability to run on PCs faster processor with 200MHz and 32-bit environment. I add some new features in using of right to left languages and characters over 128 in ASCII code.

Fix some bugs in the Consumers Meter Reading software solution (Web base and ASP) and starting up, the surveillance equipments installation and configuration. Eventually set up a pilot radio gas meters reading project called STAR and is a Raising Star company's product.
